A New Year, A New Selection
Winexpert, our supplier, continues to strive for excellence as the premier brand in the craft winemaking industry. Last year we saw reformulation and new packaging for the Vintners Reserve and World Vineyard Collection wine kits. Then, the new Eclipse was launched.
This year, Winexpert is improving the Selection Original and Selection International wines. They have undergone significant product improvements and will be released in new packaging over the next 5 or 6 months. All the 6 week wines will be called Selection, with the name of the varietals and country of origin (if possible) on the box.

Holiday Hours
Merry Christmas!
Wine Central will be open December 24 from 9:30 until 1:00. We will then be closed so we can enjoy the holidays with family and friends, and we’ll re-open on Wednesday, January 2 at 9:30 am. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and we extend our sincere wishes that 2013 will bring you the best of everything.

Thank you!
I had the pleasure of visiting the Kelowna Community Food Bank on Tuesday, to deliver the funds we have raised by taking donations for our calendars. Thank you Wine Central Customers! David Purdon, fundraiser, was at the Food Bank and took me on a tour of the facility. The staff and volunteers are wonderful! Food was piled high, and Christmas hampers were ready. David explained to me the funds we raised would actually deliver triple the buying power, because of the Food Bank’s relationships with suppliers. So, to all of you – thank you. We have helped fill some tummies this year! Cheers…
