Wine Central will close at 5:30 this afternoon, and remain closed until Tuesday, August 2 at 9:30.  Rod has taken this week off and is building a new shed in his yard, gardening and going to a family reunion in Revelstoke for the weekend.  Maria and her husband Peter are driving the convertible to Seattle, Sara and her husband Vinay are having a house full of relatives and company, and Brittney is moving out of her parent’s home into her own digs!  Exciting times.  Katherine had Jim have had company for the last four weekends, and are looking forward to simply chilling out and enjoying the view with a glass of sparkling rose in hand.  Enjoy the long weekend!

A quick reminder!  Reservations for Chocolate Raspberry Port, Blackberry Port, Okanagan Icewine and Gamay Nouveau need to be received by Wine Central by Wednesday August 3rd.  When the kits arrive in the store we’ll give you call to come in, start the wines and pay for them.  Please reserve as soon as possible – last year we have several disappointed customers – and we don’t want that to happen again!
